Overview
The Town Centre Dental project focused on redesigning an outdated website that was negatively impacting the practice's online visibility and patient experience. We reimagined the website from the ground up, updated the technology, enhanced the brand, and ensured mobile-first design to improve patient engagement and search engine rankings. The project was part of a broader transition and growth strategy for Dr. Banaga, following his acquisition of the practice.
Project Scope & Objectives
- Website Redesign: Completely rebuilding the website to address critical issues with security, design, and technology, ensuring it aligns with the rebranded practice.
- Addressing Security Issues: The previous website was flagged by Google as insecure, which deterred new patients and harmed the practice's search engine rankings.
- Mobile-First Design: The new site was optimized for mobile, ensuring that patients could easily find information and schedule appointments from their phones.
- Technology Stack Overhaul: Transitioning the website to a modern platform (Webflow) to enhance performance, speed, and SEO capabilities.
- Branding & Reimagined Design: A full rebrand was executed, including a new logo and updated visual identity that aligns with the clinic's story and growth ambitions.
- SEO Optimization: Improving search engine rankings by addressing outdated content, fixing security issues, and ensuring unique, optimized content for better local search results.
Key Achievements
- Website Redesign & Security Overhaul (Open Website)
- Outdated Technology Replacement: The old site was built on outdated technology that was not secure, causing Google to flag it as risky. The new website was built using Webflow, addressing security concerns and ensuring compliance with modern web standards.
- Google Ranking Improvement: The security and design updates immediately resolved the issues that were causing the website to rank poorly on Google searches. This will lead to increased visibility and more organic traffic over time.
- Mobile-First Design
- Improved User Experience: The old site did not work well on mobile devices, which was a significant issue since most potential patients search for local businesses on their phones. The new website is fully optimized for mobile, ensuring a smooth experience across all devices.
